A fight at a party turns out to be the start of something special in the comedy Leper + Chip. When boy (Leper) meets girl (Chip) during the fracas, the antagonism melts away as these two young people quickly fall in love. But it's not that easy in the rough-and-tumble Dublin streets, as the two lovers must overcome their hardscrabble backgrounds, gang violence and the drama that surrounds them in order to get out.
